^ Sweden celebrating their bronzemedals after outclassing Bulgaria 4-0. Sweden was arguably the most entertaining team in the World Cup scoring even more goals than the champions Brazil.
^ Hristo Stoitchkov and Bulgaria had a bad day in the bronzematch against Sweden. They opened their World Cup campaign by getting humiliated 3-0 against Nigeria and ended by conceding four more here. Hristo spent much of the time complaining to the referee.
